摘要
目的分析比较经阴道超声与经腹部超声诊断子宫内膜病变的临床价值。方法选取70例子宫内膜病变患者,根据诊断方式不同分为经阴道超声组与经腹部超声组,各35例。比较两组诊断准确率。结果经阴道超声组诊断准确率为97.14%(34/35),经腹部超声组诊断准确率为82.86%(29/35),经阴道超声组诊断准确率显著高于经腹部超声组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经阴道超声诊断子宫内膜病变效果确切,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze and compare the clinical value of transvaginal ultrasound and transabdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of endometrial lesions.Methods 70 patients with endometrial lesions were selected and divided into transvaginal ultrasound group and transabdominal ultrasound group according to different diagnostic methods,35 cases in each group.The diagnostic accuracy of the two groups was compared.Results The diagnostic accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound group was 97.14%(34/35),and that of transabdominal ultrasound group was 82.86%(29/35).The diagnostic accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound group was significantly higher than that of transabdominal ultrasound group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasonography is effective in diagnosing endometrial lesions,has high clinical application value.
