摘要
为探讨Cd污染土壤施加环保酵素对阻控苋菜Cd吸收的影响,通过盆栽试验,研究施加两种浓度酵素(1∶100和1∶1000)前后土壤有效态Cd含量、苋菜Cd含量及土壤细菌群落结构的变化。结果表明:种植苋菜后,施加两种浓度酵素均可减少土壤的有效态Cd含量,降低苋菜对Cd的吸收,改变土壤细菌的多样性和群落结构。与1∶100酵素相比,施加1∶1000酵素效果更好。在1∶1000酵素处理下,土壤有效态Cd含量从0.72 mg/kg下降至0.51 mg/kg;苋菜对Cd的富集系数和迁移系数分别下降了59.53%和36.36%;苋菜体内的Cd积累量和地上部Cd含量分别下降了48.03%和58.61%;土壤细菌的Ace指数、Chao1指数和Shannon指数分别提高了37.54%、34.95%和24.61%;变形菌门(Proteobacteria)相对丰度增加,放线菌门(Actinobacteria)和绿弯菌门(Chloroflexi)相对丰度减少。施加1∶1000环保酵素对土壤Cd具有钝化效果,能阻控苋菜对Cd的富集,还能提高苋菜组土壤细菌的多样性,改善土壤细菌群落结构,具有一定的应用前景。
To explore effects on the inhibition Cd uptake of amaranth by added of garbage enzymes into Cd-contaminated soil,pot experiments were conducted to study the changes of bioavailable Cd and bacterial community structure in soil,and the Cd content in amaranth before and after the treatments by two kinds of garbage enzymes(concentrations of 1∶100 and 1∶1000).The results showed that after planting amaranth,both of the two concentrations of garbage enzymes could reduce the content of bioavailable Cd in soil,reduce the Cd absorption of amaranth,and change the diversity and bacterial community structure in soil.Compared with 1∶100 garbage enzyme,applying 1∶1000 garbage enzyme was better.Under the treatment of 1∶1000 garbage enzyme,bioavailable Cd concentration in sediment decreased from 0.72 mg/kg to 0.51 mg/kg,and the enrichment coefficient and transport coefficient of amaranth to Cd decreased 59.53%and 36.36%,respectively.The Cd accumulation in amaranth and Cd content above the ground amaranth decreased by 48.03%and 58.61%,respectively.Ace index,Chao1 index,and Shannon index of soil bacteria increased by 37.54%,34.95%,and 24.61%,respectively.The relative abundance of Proteobacteria increased,while that of Actinobacteria and Chloroflexi decreased.The application of 1∶1000 garbage enzyme reduced the content of bioavailable Cd in soil,reduced the Cd absorption of amaranth,and changed the diversity and community structure of bacteria in soil,which exhibited a certain application prospect.
