摘要
目的 为了观察针刀联合内热针治疗老年性腰椎退行性病变的临床有效性、安全性。方法 选择2019年4月—2021年4月就诊于宁夏回族自治区中医医院暨中医研究院骨伤一科符合腰椎退行性病变患者60例,用随机数字表法分为2组即对照组、治疗组,分别采用单纯针刀治疗及针刀联合内热针治疗,以NRS评分、JOA评分作为观察指标。结果 2组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义,表明治疗组优于对照组。2组患者治疗前NRS、JOA评分比较,P>0.05,具有可比性;治疗后NRS、JOA评分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论 针刀联合内热针治疗腰椎退行性病变,可明显改善腰部疼痛、恢复腰部活动功能,提高生活质量,有效缩短治疗周期,此疗法安全、快捷、疗效可靠。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of acupotomy combined with internal thermal acupuncture in the treatment of senile lumbar degenerative diseases.Methods From April 2019 to April 2021,60 patients with lumbar degenerative disease were collected in department of orthopedics and traumatology in Ningxia Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,and were treated with simple acupotomy therapy and acupotomy combined with internal thermal acupuncture treatment,respectively.NRS and JOA were used as observation indexes.Results The overall effective rates in the control group and the treatment group respectively showed that the treatment group was better than the control group.Comparison of NRs and JOA scores between the two groups,the results of NRs and JOA scores before treatment showed that they were comparable(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of NRs and JOA showed statistical significance(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion Acupotomy combined with internal thermal acupuncture treatment of lumbar degenerative disease can significantly improve waist pain,restore lumbar activity function,improve the quality of life,shorten the treatment period effectively,and is safe,fast and reliable.
