摘要
目的:探讨针刺肌筋膜触发点联合拔罐推拿治疗腰背肌筋膜疼痛综合征的临床疗效。方法:选择2016年6月—2018年6月腰背肌筋膜疼痛综合征患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用针刺肌筋膜触发点治疗,观察组采用针刺肌筋膜触发点联合拔罐推拿治疗,对比两组患者的临床总有效率、治疗后视觉模拟评分(VAS)和复发率。结果:治疗后,观察组临床总有效率为92.5%,高于对照组的80.0%;观察组VAS评分低于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);总复发率观察组为12.5%,对照组为5.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺肌筋膜触发点联合拔罐推拿治疗腰背肌筋膜疼痛综合征疗效显著,患者VAS评分低,复发率低。
Objective:To investigate the clinical study of acupuncture myofascial trigger points combined with cupping and massage for the treatment of lumbar back muscle fascia pain syndrome.Methods:Eighty patients with lumbar myofascial pain syndrome from June 2016 to June 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Patients in the control group were treated with acupuncture myofascial trigger points for the treatment of lumbar myofascial pain syndrome.Patients in the observation group were treated with acupuncture myofascial trigger points combined with cupping massage for lumbar myofascial pain syndrome.Clinical total effective rate,post-treatment VAS score and recurrence rate was compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 92.5%in the observation group,higher than the control group(80.0%)(P<0.05).The VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total recurrence rate was 12.5%in the observation group and 5.0%in the control group.The total recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture muscle fascia trigger point combined with cupping massage for the treatment of lumbar back muscle fascia pain syndrome is effective,patients with low VAS score,low recurrence rate.
