摘要
目的:观察密集型银质针温针灸治疗腰背肌筋膜疼痛综合征的效果。方法:66例按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组33例用常规针灸治疗,研究组33例用密集型银质针温针灸治疗。结果:研究组总有效率90.90%,对照组69.69%,两组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。VAS评分研究组(2.63±0.21)分,对照组(3.26±0.15)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。SF-36评分研究组(87.15±6.29)分,对照组(75.42±5.63)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:密集型银质针温针灸治疗腰背肌筋膜疼痛综合征疗效较好。
Objective:To observe the effect of warming acupuncture with intensive silver needle on back myofascial pain syndrome.Methods:Sixty-six cases were divided into two groups according to a random number table.Thirty-three cases in the control group were treated with conventional acupuncture while 33 cases in the study group were treated with warming acupuncture with intensive silver needle.Results:The total effective rate was 90.90%in the study group and 69.69%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score was scored in the study group(2.63±0.21)and the control group(3.26±0.15).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SF-36 scores were scored in the study group(87.15±6.29)and the control group(75.42±5.63).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warming acupuncture with intensive silver needle is effective in treating back myofascial pain syndrome.
