摘要
向家坝灌区北总干渠一期工程2030年将油房坳水库、马耳岩水库、木桥沟水库作为工程的囤蓄水库。本文为减缓工程对囤蓄水库生态环境影响,采用河流完全混合模型、综合营养指数法、供需水热量平衡模型等预测评价工程建设后对囤蓄水库水环境、水生态的影响。研究结果表明:工程对囤蓄水库充水后,囤蓄水库COD、NH_(3)-N、TP和TN浓度均有所降低,工程运行对囤蓄水库的水质有一定的改善作用;充水后水库水温变化为-1.8~0.8℃,囤蓄后水库水温变幅较小;充水后进入囤蓄水库的鱼类资源较少,入侵鱼类的生态影响较小,水质改善有利于饵料生物生长繁殖、鱼类的生长摄食。针对工程建设对囤蓄水库的影响,提出了划定饮用水源地保护区,加强库周面源治理,保证囤蓄水库下游河道生态流量,加强渔政管理等环境保护措施。
Xiangjiaba Irrigation District North Main Canal Phase I Project will use Youfang’ao Reservoir,Malyan Reservoir,Muqiaogou Reservoir and other reservoirs as the storage reservoirs of the project in 2030.In order to mitigate the ecological environment of the project on the reservoir,the impact on the water environment and water ecology of the reservoir was evaluated by using the river complete mixing model,comprehensive nutrient index method,and supply and demand water heat balance model.The results show that after the project fills the reservoir,the concentrations of COD,NH_(3)-N,TP and TN in the reservoir were reduced,and the project operation had a certain effect on the water quality of the reservoir.After water filling,the water temperature changes of Reservoir were-1.8~0.8℃,respectively,and the water temperature of the reservoir after hoarding and storage was small;less fish resources entered the reservoir after water filling,the ecological impact of invasive fish was small,and improving water quality,suitable for the growth and reproduction of bait organisms,and conducive to the growth and feeding of fish.In view of the impact of engineering construction on the reservoir,environmental protection measures such as delineating the drinking water source protection areas of strengthening the treatment of non-point sources around the reservoir,ensuring the ecological flow of rivers downstream of the reservoir,and strengthening fishery administration.
