摘要
随着城乡建设的不断深化以及市场对应用型人才提出的新要求,特别是新文科建设的背景下,需要不断创新人才培养模式。近几年政府部门在开放合作平台的搭建和政策引导方面起到了越来越重要的作用,“政用产学研”协同育人成为重要的人才培养模式。文章对新文科背景下环境设计专业“政用产学研”共育模式实施的必要性、实施困境进行了分析,结合教学实践提出环境设计专业“政用产学研”共育模式的路径探索,以期形成成熟且能持续的“校政企”合作实践平台并能将这种育人模式成功推广。
With the deepening of urban and rural construction and the new requirements of the market for applied talents, especially under the background of the new liberal arts construction, it is necessary to constantly innovate the training mode of talents. In recent years, government departments have played a more and more important role in the establishment of open cooperation platforms and policy guidance, and " GovernmentEmployer-Industry-University-Research " collaborative education has become an important talent training mode.This paper analyzes the necessity and difficulties of implementing the " Government-Employer-Industry-UniversityResearch " co-education mode for environmental design major under the background of new liberal arts, and proposes the path exploration of the "Government-Employer-Industry-University-Research " co-education mode for environmental design major combined with teaching practice, in order to form a mature and sustainable " Government-Employer-Industry-UniversityResearch " cooperative practice platform and successfully promote this education mode.
