空气纵掠热板的边界层测定实验设计与教学

摘要 边界层理论在能源动力、航空航天、船舶海洋、气候等学科中具有广泛应用。为了加强相关专业本科生对工程传热学对流换热章节中空气外掠平板边界层特征的感性认识,能源学院实验中心开设了空气纵掠热板的边界层测定实验。实验内容包括:空气纵掠热板边界层内部速度和温度分布测定、局部对流换热系数计算、边界层轮廓测定、无量纲准则式计算4个部分。通过该实验教学,可让学生对空气纵掠平板速度边界层和热边界层内的参数分布、边界层厚度变化、换热能力以及努谢尔特数Nu和雷诺数Re计算有了初步了解,同时可提高对温度和速度测量仪器的熟练使用。 Boundary layer theory has been widely applied in energy and power,aerospace,shipbuilding and oceanography,climate science and other disciplines.In order to enhance undergraduates’perceptual understanding of boundary layer characteristics of air swept plate in convection heat transfer chapter of“Engineering Heat Transfer”,the Experimental Teaching Center of Energy College sets up“Boundary layer Measurement Experiment of Air Swept a Heated Plate”.The experiment consists of four parts:“determination of velocity and temperature distribution inside the boundary layer of air swept across a heated flat plate”,“calculation of local convective heat transfer coefficient”,“determination of boundary layer profile”and“calculation of non-dimensional criterion”.Through the experimental teaching,students can have a preliminary understanding of the distribution of parameters in the velocity boundary layer and thermal boundary layer of air swept flat plate,the change of boundary layer thickness,heat transfer capacity,and the calculation of Nushelt number Nu and Reynolds number Re,and can improve the proficiency in the use of temperature and velocity measurement instruments.
