摘要
目的分析不同性别、年龄的无偿献血者初筛淘汰情况,为制定科学合理的宣传、招募、健康征询措施提供依据.方法对天津市血液中心2017年-2021年全血无偿献血者性别、年龄分布及血液初筛淘汰情况进行描述性统计分析.结果无偿献血者献血人次随年龄增长而减少,在各年龄段男性均多于女性,总体上男性约是女性的2.39倍,18-25岁人群献血人次最多.男性和女性的初筛淘汰率均随着年龄的增长,先增加后减少,男性的淘汰率峰值在31-35岁,达到了16.65%,主要淘汰因素是ALT(丙氨酸氨基转移酶);女性的淘汰率峰值在46-50岁,达到了13.14%,主要淘汰因素是Hb(血红蛋白).男性和女性在18-55岁间各个年龄段的初筛淘汰情况均有显著性差异,P<0.01.结论根据不同性别、年龄的献血人群初筛淘汰情况的规律,在无偿献血的"宣"与"教"上应有所侧重,制定相应的宣传、招募、健康征询措施,有利于降低初筛淘汰率,提升献血体验,对于缓解血液供需的"紧平衡"状态有重要意义.
Objective To analyze the primary screening elimination of unpaid blood donors of different genders and ages,so as to provide a basis for developing scientific and reasonable information,recruitment,and health inquiries.Methods Descriptive statistical analysis of gender,age distribution and primary screening phase out of blood was conducted in Tianjin region of China from 2017 to 2021 among all blood unpaid blood donors.Resul ts The number of blood donors from unpaid donors decreased with age,and it was more common in males than females at all ages,about 2.39 times more in males than females overall,and the population aged 18-25 years donated the most blood.Both male and female primary screening knockout rates increased with age,first increased and then decreased,with the peak knockout rate in males peaking at 16.65%at 31-35 years and the primary knockout factor being ALT(alanine aminotransferase),and in females peaking at 46-50 years and reaching 13.14% and the primary knockout factor being HB(hemoglobin).There were significant differences in the elimination of primary screening between men and women in all age groups from 18 to 55 years old(P<0.01).Conclusion According to the laws of the primary screening elimination situation in the blood donation population of different genders and ages,there is a focus on"xuanion"and"teaching"of unpaid blood donation,and developing corresponding measures for publicity,recruitment,health consultation,which is beneficial for reducing the primary screening elimination rate and enhancing the blood donation experience,and is of great significance for alleviating the tight balance between blood supply and demand.
