Research Progress of Functional Coatings Prepared by Suspension Plasma Spraying

摘要 悬浮液等离子喷涂(SPS)不仅克服了传统等离子喷涂固体粉末进料的局限性,可以喷涂微纳米级尺寸,分散良好的粉末还可以获得致密或多孔、柱状或分段的各种定制微结构,并结合大气等离子喷涂(APS)和电子束-物理气相沉积(EB-PVD)所赋予的高孔隙率和高耐应变量等属性,同时具有相对较高的沉积速率、适中的操作成本以及可控制的基体热输入等优点。本文综述了近10年来SPS制备功能涂层的研究进展,简要介绍了SPS工艺原理和特点,分析了悬浮液特性、等离子喷涂参数、送料方式、混合等离子喷涂工艺和热处理工艺对涂层微纳结构和性能的影响,总结了微纳结构控制的技术规律,详细讨论了不同涂层结构的形成原理以及相关应用,并以SPS技术的应用实例说明了SPS制备功能涂层兼具应用相关性和一般适用性。最后,对未来SPS制备功能涂层的研究方向进行了展望。 Due to the growing demand for application,the coating was no longer limited to traditional properties requirements such as corrosion resistance and wear resistance,and gradually developing to multi-function. At present,the performance improvement of functional coatings mainly depended on the regulation of special micro-nano structures,which could improve the traditional properties of coatings and gave them new functions. As a kind of thermal spraying technology,plasma spraying was competitive in the construction of micro-nano structure coating on a large scale. Liquid plasma spraying with liquid precursor was used to prepare functional coatings,which showed great application potential. Suspension plasma spraying(SPS)was a kind of liquid plasma spraying,made of liquid material of submicron or nano particles,which could prepare functional coatings with controllable micro-nano structures. This technique could overcome the limitations of conventional plasma spraying solid powder feeding and solve the problem of low momentum fine powder particle fluidity in traditional plasma spraying process,with the ability of spraying micro/nano size and well dispersed powder. Simultaneously,it had the advantages of relatively high deposition rate,moderate operating cost,and controllable heat input to matrix.This paper reviewed the research progress of the functional coatings prepared by SPS in recent ten years. The process principle and characteristics of SPS were introduced. The micro-nano powder particles were transported to the plasma flame flow using the liquid medium as the carrier,and the liquid material formed a "dry" material after several stages of atomization,evaporation,agglomeration and melting,and finally hit the substrate to form a thinner sheet layered coating on the substrate than conventional atmospheric plasma spraying,obtaining various custom microstructures with dense or porous,columnar,or segmented,combined with properties such as high porosity and high strain resistance conferred by atmospheric plasma sprayin
