摘要
在产业链创新链高质量发展新阶段,支撑长三角区域技术创新、成果转化、产业布局等“链式”环节的联动合作机制内嵌于区域联动合作框架,形成共生网络、知识网络、创新网络、产业网络、服务网络、价值网络,引导长三角各地协同跨越科创与产业之间的“鸿沟”,并衍生出廊道延展、湾区循环、泛网络共生、开放网络等实践模式。为共建具有全球影响力的科创共同体,应进一步重点对标完善科创与产业互振共荣机制、统筹协调机制、要素对接机制、核心引领机制、平战转换机制等。
In the new stage of high-quality development of industrial chain and innovation chain,the linkage cooperation mechanism supporting the“chain”links of technological innovation,achievement transformation and industrial layout in the Yangtze River Delta region is embedded in the framework of regional linkage cooperation,forms symbiotic network,knowledge network,innovation network,industrial network,service network and value network,guides all parts of the Yangtze River Delta to collaboratively cross the“gap”between science and innovation and industry that has been created,and practice models such as corridor extension,bay area circulation,pan-network symbiosis and open network have been derived.In order to build a science and innovation community with global influence,we should further focus on improving the mechanism of mutual invigoration and co-prosperity between science and innovation and industry,coordination mechanism,factor docking mechanism,core leading mechanism,and level-war conversion mechanism,etc.
