高校辅导员科研育人的现实困境与嵌入路径 被引量:3

摘要 高校科研育人是科技自立自强的重要抓手,也是实现立德树人根本任务的现实需要。辅导员科研育人契合“三全育人”的理论逻辑、历史逻辑和实践逻辑,但是辅导员面临着教师身份认同模糊、学科归属冲突、多元职责束缚等现实困境,科研育人话语权偏弱。辅导员应当拓宽工作边界,主动嵌入科研育人的导学场域、团队场域和社会场域,努力成为师生科研结对的衔接员,担当学生研学矛盾的调解员,做好科研成果推广的联络员,协同专任教师培养更多立志科研报国、堪当民族复兴重任的时代新人。 To achieve scientific and technological self-reliance as well as self-improvement,and to realize the fundamental task of educating people with moral,educating people through scientific research in colleges and universities is significant.Although educating people through scientific research is in line with theoretical,historical and practical logic,that is"Three-Aspected education",counselors are confronted with the dilemma of blurred teacher identity,conflicting disciplinary affiliation and multiple responsibilities,as well as the weak discourse on scientific research and education.They are supposed to expand their work boundary and actively d evote themselves to the field of guidance,team as well as society.They are expected to strive to become the communicator between teachers and s tudents,the mediator among students and the liaison of the scientific results.They should cooperate with full-time teachers to cultivate more talents of the times who are determined to serve the country through scientific research and who can take the responsibility of natio nal rejuvenation.
