摘要
背部推拿疗法作为中医学特色外治疗法之一,治疗脏腑疾病卓有成效,尤其对胃痛、失眠、呆症等疾病疗效明确,又深受大众认可。背部循行的足太阳膀胱经、督脉俱为阳经,可和阴阳而调脏腑疾病之病理偏性;足太阳膀胱经、督脉经脉循行范围广远,腧穴分类丰富,且经脉络属繁复,与脏腑功能密切相关,可通经络以达脏腑气血;足太阳膀胱经上第一侧线的背俞穴、督脉其上棘突间隙的腧穴,其分布与相应神经、脊节等解剖结构的体表投影重合,是连接躯体神经和内脏神经的桥梁,有规律的手法刺激此类腧穴可调动机体的元气、营气和卫气,以畅气机而调脏腑机能,总之,背部是推拿治疗内科疾病的重要操作部位。推拿手法具有温经散寒、活血补血、舒筋通脉的作用,在背部施以有温补效应的“推、揉、擦”手法和有通泻效应的“按、点、拍”等手法又可增加整复手法,手法源源不断产生的机械能沿纵向或横向传入机体内部并转化为化学能、热能,激发或增强人体神经-体液-免疫系统调节,直接或间接影响局部或整体的生物因子水平以改善病理状态,达到治疗疾病或强身健体的作用,因此背部推拿疗法可疏通经络、补虚泻实,从而达到通调脏腑气血阴阳,治疗疾病的作用。
As one of the traditional Chinese medicine characteristic therapies,back massage therapy is effective in treating viscera diseases,especially stomachache,insomnia,dilatancy and other diseases,which are widely recognized by the public.Bladder meridian and Du meridian(督脉)that run through the back of the body are Yang(阳)meridians,and Yin(阴)and Yang can regulate the pathological deviation of viscera diseases,the back massage of which can adjust the pathological deviation of viscera diseases by harmozizing Yin and Yang;bladder meridian and Du meridian have a wide range,the classification of acupoints is rich,and the vein is complex,which is closely related to the function of the viscera,and can reach the viscera Qi(气)and blood through the meridians.As for the dorsal acupoint on the upper lateral line of bladder meridian and the acupoint on the upper spinous process gap of Du meridian,its distribution coincides with the body surface projection of the corresponding nerves,ridge nodes and other anatomical structures,and is a bridge connecting the somatic nerves and visceral nerves.Regular manipulation to stimulate this kind of acupoint can mobilize the body’s vitality,Qi and defensive Qi,regulate Qi and the function of the viscera,in short,the back is an important operating part of the massage treatment of viscera diseases.Massage has the effect of warming the meridian,dispersing cold,activating blood and replenishing blood,relaxing tendons and smoothing veins,manipulation in the back with“pushing,rubbing,wiping”skill has the warming effect and“pressing,pointing,beating”skill has the diarrhea effect combined with other manipulation skills.The mechanical energy generated by the manipulation is introduced into the body vertically or horizontally and converted into chemical energy and heat energy,so as to stimulate or enhance the neural,humoral and immune system of the human body,directly or indirectly affect the level of local or overall biological factors in order to improve the pathological state and
