摘要
目的:观察按时艾灸配合拔罐治疗小儿大叶性肺炎的临床疗效。方法:选取在诸城市人民医院诊断为小儿大叶性肺炎患者66例,随机分为两组,对照组33例,观察组33例。对照组采用西药治疗;观察组在西药治疗基础上,按中医时间医学理论,根据就诊时间,按“飞腾八法”开首穴,“子午流注纳支法”收尾穴,并与背俞穴相结合,采用回旋灸法,配合后背部闪罐法进行治疗,比较两组治疗前后炎症指标,观察两组临床症状和体征减轻时间、激素应用时间、住院治疗时间及临床疗效。结论:治疗后,两组白细胞计数、h CRP检验结果均降低,且观察组低于对照组;观察组发热、咳嗽、肺部啰音消失时间及激素使用时间、住院治疗时间均低于对照组;观察组的治疗愈显率为96.97%%,高于对照组的78.79%;差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间未出现明显的不良反应。结论:按时艾灸配合拔罐治疗小儿大叶性肺炎临床疗效确切,可改善临床症状,减少激素应用,缩短住院时间,且安全可靠。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of timely moxibustion combined with cupping in the treatment of lobar pneumonia in children.Methods:66 children with lobar pneumonia diagnosed in Zhucheng people's Hospital were randomly divided into two groups,control group(n=33)and observation group(n=33).The control group was treated with western medicine.On the basis of western medicine treatment,according to the time medicine theory of traditional Chinese medicine,and according to the visiting time,the observation group opened the first acupoint according to"Feiteng eight methods","meridian injection Na Zi method"as the end point,and combined with back Shu acupoint,adopted rotary moxibustion,combined with back flashing cupping method,compared the inflammatory indexes of the two groups before and after treatment,and observed the relief time of clinical symptoms and signs,hormone application time,hospitalization time and clinical curative effect.Results:After treatment,the white blood cell count and hCRP test results of the two groups de-creased,and the observation group was lower than the control group;the fever,cough,lung rale disappearance time,hormone use time and hospitalization time of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;the cure rate of the observation group was 96.97%,which was higher than that of the control group 78.79%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment period.Conclusion:Timely moxibustion combined with cupping is effective in the treatment of infantile lobar pneumonia,which can improve clinical symptoms,reduce hormone application,shorten hospital stay,and is safe and reliable.
