摘要
目的探讨针刀治疗脊柱相关性疾病的临床疗效。方法对217例颈椎病及腰腿痛等脊柱相关性疾病患者,应用针刀微创为主的综合方法治疗,随访并评价临床疗效。结果治疗有效率为89.4%;疼痛评级中重度疼痛由治疗前48.1%降至7.6%。结论针刀微创综合疗法治疗脊柱相关性疾病临床疗效肯定,值得推广。
Objective It is to explore the clinical curative effect of minimally invasive and comprehensive treatment with small-needle-knife therapy for spine related diseases. Methods 217 cases of patients with spine related diseases, including cervical spondylosis and lumbar and leg pain were treated with minimally invasive and comprehensive treatment mainly with small-needle-knife therapy, and they were followed up and the effect was evaluated. Results The effective rate was 89.4%. Proportion of the moderate and severe pain decreased from 48.1% to 7.6% after the treatment. Conclusion Comprehensive and minimally acupotomy treatment has a confirmed curative effect on spine related diseases and is worthy of promotion.
