摘要
目的观察皮敏消胶囊联合糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗寻常型银屑病的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月—2021年1月辽宁省大连市皮肤病医院收治的寻常型银屑病100例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和常规组,各50例。常规组单用糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗,研究组在常规组基础上加用皮敏消胶囊治疗,2组均连续治疗8周。比较2组患者治疗总有效率、治疗前后银屑病皮损面积和严重程度指数(PASI)评分、校正TIMI帧数(CTFC)及不良反应。结果研究组治疗总有效率为98.00%,高于常规组的74.00%(χ^(2)=11.960,P=0.001);治疗3、5、8周,2组患者PASI评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),且研究组均低于同期常规组(P<0.01);治疗8周后,2组前降支、回旋支、右冠脉CTFC值均较治疗前升高,且研究组均大于常规组(P<0.01);研究组不良反应总发生率为2.00%,低于常规组的28.00%(χ^(2)=13.255,P<0.001)。结论皮敏消胶囊联合糠酸莫米松治疗寻常型银屑病效果显著,可有效减轻患者临床症状,提高治愈率,减少不良反应发生,值得临床推广和应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Piminxiao capsule combined with mometasone furoate cream in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods One hundred cases of psoriasis vulgaris admitted to Dalian Dermatology Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects,According to the method of random number table,they were divided into the research group and the routine group,50 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with mometasone furoate cream alone,and the study group was treated with Piminxiao capsule on the basis of the conventional group.Both groups were treated continuously for 8 weeks.The total effective rate,psoriasis lesion area and severity index(PASI)score,corrected TIMI frames(CTFC)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 98.00%,higher than that of the conventional group(74.00%)(χ^(2)=11.960,P=0.001);At 3,5 and 8 weeks after treatment,the PASI scores of patients in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and those in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group at the same time(P<0.01);After 8 weeks of treatment,the CTFC values of anterior descending branch,circumflex branch and right coronary artery in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.01);The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 2.00%,lower than 28.00%in the conventional group(χ^(2)=13.255,P<0.001).Conclusion Piminxiao capsule combined with mometasone furoate has a significant effect in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris,which can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the cure rate,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
