中西医结合治疗寻常型银屑病60例近期疗效临床研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨中西医结合治疗银屑病的可行性。方法:选择2009-01~2012-03门诊患者120例,按数字随机法分为A、B两组,每组60例;A组男29例,女31例;平均(35.3±16.12)岁,病程平均(11.98±10.26)年;B组男33例,女27例;平均(36.42±15.92)岁,病程平均(12.63±9.66)年。A组采用口服阿维A、窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)光疗、中药平肝活血方联合治疗;B组口服阿维A酯(Etretinate,Ro 10-9359,Tigason)1 mg.kg-1.d-1,外用1%曲氨奈德软膏。两组治疗8周进行疗效评价。结果:A组临床痊愈25例,占全组的41.67%,B组13例,占21.67%,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);总有效A组54例(90%),B组38例(63.33%),两组相比差异有非常显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗银屑病效果明显优于单纯西医治疗的方法。
