摘要
分别使用配方评估法与牛角膜浑浊渗透性方法(BCOP法)进行刺激性评价,并比较二者结果的差异性。选取6款市售滞留型护肤产品,使用配方评估法对各产品的配方进行分析,按基配成分、功效成分、防腐成分进行区分,并对结合其功效宣称对其刺激性进行评估;使用BCOP法通过产品对牛角膜浊度与渗透性的影响变化,来判断产品的刺激性,并对二者的评估结果进行关联性分析。结果表明,在两种方法的刺激性评估中,样品F均出现刺激性,样品A仅在配方评估法中呈现刺激性,二者具有一定地关联度。
Formula evaluation method and Bovine corneal opacity and permeability(BCOP method) were used to evaluate the irritation, and the differences between the two results were compared. Six retention skin care products on the market were selected, and the formula of each product was analyzed by formula evaluation method, which was distinguished by basic ingredients, functional ingredients and anti-corrosion ingredients, and its irritation was evaluated in combination with its efficacy claim;BCOP method was used to judge the irritation of the product through the influence of the product on bovine corneal turbidity and permeability, and the correlation analysis was carried out on the evaluation results of the two. The results showed that in the irritation evaluation of the two methods,sample f showed irritation, and sample a only showed irritation in the formula evaluation method, and the two had a certain degree of correlation.
