相比《化妆品中可能存在的安全性风险物质风险评估指南》,《化妆品安全评估技术导则》对化妆品注册备案资料的编写提出了新的更高要求。通过详读《化妆品安全评估技术导则》条款,收集行业信息,汇总了拟写过程的难点问题,为其他企业编写高质量安评资料,顺利通过注册备案提供借鉴。
Compared with“The guidelines for risk assessment of substances of potential safety risks in cosmetics”,the“Technical guidelines for safety assessment of cosmetics”has put forward higher requirements for the registration of cosmetics.Herein,we collected the professional information and summarized the difficulties in the writing process,which might provide guidance to the preparation of high-quality safety assessment and help others passing the registration successfully.
