基于三维激光扫描和摄影测量的BIM模型校对

摘要 为解决BIM模型校对时精度低、效率差且耗费大量时间与成本的问题,首先分析了手工测量、三维激光扫描和摄影测量技术的原理,然后通过实验验证在BIM模型校对中应用的可行性,比较了3种方法的数据精度与误差,结果表明三维激光扫描的数据精度最高,其次是手工测量,最后是摄影测量,但结合误差、数据获取范围和处理效率等方面进行对比,3种方法各有优劣,在实际工程中可视情况采取不同方法进行BIM模型的校对. In the report,in order to solve the problems of low accuracy,low efficiency,and time and cost of BIM model proofreading,the principles of manual measurement,three-dimensional laser scanning,and photogrammetry technology were analyzed.The feasibility of the application in BIM model proofreading was validated.The data accuracy and error of the three methods were compared.The results showed that the data accuracy of 3D laser scanning is the highest,followed by that of manual measurement and finally photogrammetry.However,taking the error,data acquisition range,and processing efficiency into account,the different methods have their own advantages and disadvantages,and which can be adopted for proofreading BIM models based on the different projects.
