激光扫描及三维建模在户外变电站改造中的应用研究

摘要 某220kV户外变电站改造项目图纸资料缺失严重,场地现状变化大,对设计输入和施工管理造成较大困难。采用激光扫描将现状配电装置系统内的建构筑物及电气设备生成点云数据,并通过三维建模技术形成构件级模型。点云拼接及噪声去除获取的完整点云精度高,三维模型匹配点云数据的完整性好,可用于指导设计及两阶段施工。通过激光扫描及三维建模将场地现状进行还原,对服役期长、资料失真的老旧户外变电站改造工程的安全实施具有重要意义,为类似项目提供了一个可行的借鉴方案。 A 220kV outdoor substation renovation project has a serious lack of drawing data and a large change in the status quo of the site,which causes great difficulties for design input and construction management.Laser scanning is used to generate point cloud data of the buildings and electrical equipment in the current distribution system and form a component-level model through 3D modeling technology.The complete point cloud obtained by point cloud stitching and noise removal is highly accurate,and the 3D model matches the integrity of the point cloud data,which can be used to guide the design and two-phase construction.The restoration of the site status through laser scanning and 3D modeling is important for the safe implementation of the renovation project of old outdoor substations with long service life and distorted data,and provides a feasible reference solution for similar projects.
