摘要
试验旨在研究4种饲料原料及其不同含水率对粉碎特性的影响。选取玉米、豆粕、菜粕和麸皮4种饲料原料,分别在含水率为8%、11%、14%、17%的条件下进行粉碎,探究不同原料及其不同含水率对粉碎噪声、粉碎能耗、粉碎后物料温度、粉碎后水分损失及粉碎后平均粒径的影响。结果表明:在粉碎相同时间的条件下,含水率8%的玉米粉碎噪声显著大于含水率为17%的玉米(P<0.05);相同含水率下,麸皮的粉碎能耗显著高于其他3种原料(P<0.05);玉米随着含水率增加其粉碎后的温度显著增加(P<0.05);随着含水率的增加,4种原料粉碎后的水分损失率显著增加(P<0.05);同时,在11%和14%下粉碎后麸皮的水分损失率显著低于其他3种原料(P<0.05);随着含水率的增加粉碎后的原料平均粒径显著增加(P<0.05);不同原料在粉碎相同时间后其平均粒径也存在显著差异(P<0.05),其中豆粕、玉米粉碎后的平均粒径显著高于菜粕与麸皮(P<0.05)。
The purpose of this experiment is to study the effects of four raw materials and different moisture contents on the crushing characteristics of feed.Four common raw materials,such as corn,soybean meal,rapeseed meal and bran,were selected and crushed under the conditions of moisture content of 8%,11%,14%and 17%,explore the effects of different raw materials and different moisture contents on crushing noise,crushing energy consumption,material temperature after crushing,moisture loss after crushing and average particle size after crushing.The results showed that:the noise of corn with water content of 8%was significantly higher than that of corn with water content of 17%at the same condition(P<0.05).Under the same water content,the energy consumption of pulverizing bran was significantly higher than that of other three raw materials(P<0.05).The temperature of corn after crushing was significantly increased with the increase of water content(P<0.05).With the increase of water content,the water loss rate of the four raw materials after grinding increased significantly(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the water loss rate of bran crushed at 11%and 14%of water content was significantly lower than that of the other three raw materials(P<0.05).With the increase of water content,the average particle size of the pulverized raw material was significantly increased(P<0.05).The average particle size of different raw materials after grinding for the same time also had significant differences(P<0.05),and the average particle size of soybean meal and corn after grinding was significantly higher than that of rapeseed meal and bran(P<0.05).
