摘要
为提高动车组轴箱轴承的承载能力和疲劳寿命,采用响应面法,研究了轴承设计参数对接触应力的影响,并计算了考虑裂纹扩展的轴承疲劳寿命。首先,基于试验设计建立了考虑轴承内径、轴承外径、滚子半径、泊松比和弹性模量等设计参数的轴箱轴承二阶多项式响应面模型;其次,基于响应面模型分析了轴承承载能力,计算了轴箱轴承各设计参数下对应的接触应力;最后,分别计算了轴箱轴承的裂纹萌生寿命以及裂纹扩展寿命。结果表明,此方法能够准确评估轴承承载能力并有效预测其疲劳寿命。
To improve the carrying capacity and fatigue durability of axle box bearing for EMU, the relationship of design parameters and contact stress of bearing was studied by response surface methodology(RSM). Meanwhile, fatigue durability of the bearing considering the crack propagation lifetime was calculated. Firstly, a RSM was presented, formulated on account of second-order polynomial and Box-Behnken, which consider the design parameters of inner radius, outer radius, roller radius, Poisson’s ratios and elastic modulus. Secondly, the carrying capacity of bearing was analyzed by RSM. Finally, fatigue durability analysis of the axle box bearing was implemented which includes the crack initiation life calculated by nominal stress method and the crack propagation life calculated by Paris method. The results show that the carrying capacity of the axle box bearing under the condition of request, in general, can be assessed using RSM. Case studies performed on the axle box bearing indicate that the process of analysis is helpful in evaluating the carrying capacity of bearing and predicting the bearing fatigue durability accurately.
