摘要
针对某水下航行体舵板受低周大冲击载荷作用而出现的疲劳失效问题,基于局部应力应变理论,采用雨流计数法研究危险部位的应力时间历程规律,并通过道林损伤法研究结构剩余寿命。本文提出的方法可为产品型号的疲劳寿命评估提供技术支撑,对于延长产品服役寿命具有一定的指导意义。
Based on the local stress-strain method,the fatigue failure of rudder on the underwater vehicle caused by big impact with low cycle is discussed in the paper.By using the rain-flow counting method,the stress-time history curves of dangerous point are obtained,and the fatigue-life is estimated based on the Dowling fatigue damage accumulation rules.This article will provide theoretical basis for the assessment of fatigue life of products and also make a big guiding significance of delaying the service life of products.
