摘要
在党的领导下,我国的产业工人队伍一直在发展壮大中,进入新时代,我国产业工人队伍建设与改革呈现出独特的“工”字特色,回顾产业工人队伍大军的迭代史,分析导致其构成和结构变化的要素条件,并提出坚持党的领导、全面依法治理和积极应对新型用工挑战等完善建议,旨在认清产业工人队伍自身的实际情况,提出针对性的优化建议,以更好地发挥新时代产业工人队伍的创造性,提升产业工人的幸福感和满足感。
Under the leadership of the Party, China’s industrial workers have been developing. In the new era, China’s industrial workers’ team construction and reform presents unique “work” characteristics. This paper reviews the iterative history of the army of industrial workers, analyzes the elements of the composition and structure changes, and proposes to adhere to the leadership of the Party, comprehensive governance according to law and actively respond to the challenges of the new employment, which aims to recognize the actual situation of industrial workers and propose targeted optimization suggestions in order to give full play to the creativity of the industrial workers, to improve industrial workers’ happiness and satisfaction.
