摘要
在21世纪的数字浪潮中,信息技术以前所未有的速度颠覆着传统行业,催生出一系列前所未见的新业态模式。从共享经济的兴起,到远程工作的普及,再到直播电商的爆发,数字经济正以多元化的形态深度融入我们的生活与工作,为全球经济增长注入了新的活力。与此同时,新业态从业人员的社会保障问题日益凸显,尤其是社会保险制度的缺失与不适应性,已成为亟待解决的社会焦点。首先阐述数字经济背景下新业态的特征,然后阐述数字经济背景下新业态社会保险制度面临的挑战,最后就数字经济视域下优化新业态从业人员社会保险制度提出建议。
In the digital wave of the 21st century,information technology is disrupting traditional industries at an unprecedented pace,giving birth to a series of novel business models never seen before.From the rise of the sharing economy to the popularization of remote work,and the explosion of live-stream e-commerce,the digital economy is deeply integrating into our lives and work in diverse forms,infusing new vitality into global economic growth.At the same time,social security issues for employees in these new business models have become increasingly prominent,particularly the lack and inadaptability of social insurance systems,which have become pressing social concerns in urgent need of resolution.This paper firstly expounded the characteristics of new business models in the background of the digital economy,and then discussed the challenges faced by social insurance system in the context of the digital economy’s new business models.Finally,the study proposed recommendations for optimizing the social insurance system for workers in new business models from the perspective of the digital economy.
