摘要
运用文献资料、逻辑分析法等,对体教融合背景下政府购买社会力量服务形式参与学校体育发展的时代意涵、实践要求及推进推展路径进行深入探讨。研究认为,政府购买社会力量服务形式参与学校体育发展能够促进体教融合、培养体育后备人才、丰富课外体育活动、推动学校体育高质量发展。在构建政府、社会力量、学校协同联动组织,提升管理水平、优化承接主体的基础上,激活社会力量参与学校体育发展的动力,提升社会力量服务水平,构建社会力量参与学校体育发展机制,推动体教融合背景下学校体育改革和发展。
By using the methods of literature and logical analysis, this paper makes a deep discussion on the time meaning, practical requirements and promoting measures of the government’s participation in the development of school physical education under the background of the integration of sports and education. The results show that the participation of government in the form of purchasing social forces can promote the integration of sports and education, cultivate sports reserve talents, enrich extracurricular sports activities and promote the development of high-quality school sports. On the basis of building a coordinated organization of the government, social forces and schools, by improving the management level and optimizing the main body to be inherited, activating the motive force of social forces to participate in the development of school physical education, and improving the service level of social forces, constructing the mechanism of social forces participating in the development of school physical education, we can promote the reform and development of school physical education under the background of integration of physical education and education.
