摘要
目的:探究智能VR技术在神经外科临床实习教学中的应用。方法:选取2019年6~12月在神经外科实习的临床医学本科五年级学生6组共60人,随机选择其中3组为实验组,其余3组为对照组,各30人。实验组采用智能VR技术+临床案例教学,对照组采用普通讲授模式+临床案例教学。实习开始前进行摸底测试,实习结束进行理论知识考核并利用调查问卷形式对教学质量及教学满意度进行评估。结果:实验组及对照组在实习结束后知识考核成绩均高于入科实习前,且实验组分数高于对照组;教学满意度评价实验组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:智能VR技术可以提升神经外科临床实习教学效果及学生满意度。
Objective: To explore the application of intelligent VR technology in clinical practice teaching of neurosurgery.Methods: From June to December 2019, 60 fifth-year clinical medical undergraduates in 6 groups were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups of experimental groups and 3 groups of control group, with 30 students in each group. The experimental group adopted intelligent VR technology + clinical case teaching, while the control group adopted ordinary teaching mode + clinical case teaching. an assessment test is conducted before the start of the internship, and a theoretical knowledge assessment is conducted at the end of the internship and a questionnaire is used to evaluate the quality of teaching and teaching satisfaction. Results Both the experimental group and the control group had higher knowledge assessment scores at the end of the internship than before the internship, and the experimental group scored higher than the control group;the teaching satisfaction evaluation of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Intelligent VR technology can improve the teaching effectiveness of neurosurgery clinical practice and student satisfaction.
