摘要
目的探讨TNS联合案例学习教学法在本科生神经内科实习教学中的应用效果。方法选择中国医科大学临床医学专业的本科生90人作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组45人。实验组采用TNS联合案例学习教学法,对照组采用传统讲授教学法。课程结束后进行成绩考核,并利用问卷调查的方式对两组学生进行主观感受反馈。结果实验组的考试成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组学生的学习评价普遍优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论TNS联合案例学习教学法能提高本科生神经内科实习的教学效果,值得进一步推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of TNS joint case study teaching me-thod in undergraduate neurology practice teaching.Methods A total of 90 undergraduate stu-dents majoring in clinical medicine from China Medical University were selected as research sub-jects and randomly divided into two groups with 45 people in each group.The experimental group used the TNS joint case study teaching method,and the control group adopted the traditional tea-ching method.After completion of the course,performance assessment was given,and question-naire survey was used to collect students'subjective feelings of the two groups.Results Scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Stu-dents'learning evaluation in the experimental group was generally better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TNS joint case study teaching method can improve the teaching ef-fect of undergraduate neurology internship,and is worth further promotion.
