摘要
当前,旧衣物回收工作存在回收难的问题,主要表现在消费者回收意愿不高、回收企业回收处理不规范等方面。旧衣物回收可以被看作是一个复杂的博弈过程,在没有政府参与时,该博弈难以达到平衡,即旧衣物回收困难。因此,文中基于政府监管背景,构建政府监管、回收企业正规处理以及消费者参与的旧衣物回收演化博弈模型,分析各主体间稳定策略组合的实现条件,并借助MATLAB进行数值仿真分析。研究结果表明,政府监管成本和奖惩力度是影响三方策略选择的关键因素,政府合理的奖惩力度可以提高回收企业和消费者参与旧衣物回收的积极性,进而推动旧衣物回收工作的可持续发展。
At present, it is difficult to recycle used clothing, which is mainly reflected in the low willingness of consumers to recycle and the nonstandard recycling treatment of recycling enterprises.The recycling of used clothing can be regarded as a complex game process.Without the participation of the government, the game is difficult to achieve balance, that is, the recycling of used clothing is difficult.Therefore, under the background of government regulation, the paper constructs an evolutionary game model of used clothing recycling involving government regulation, formal processing by recycling enterprises and consumer participation, analyzes the realization conditions of the stable strategy combination among various entities, and carries out numerical simulation analysis with the help of MATLAB.The results show that the cost of government regulation and the strength of rewards and punishments are the key factors affecting the choice of the tripartite strategy.The reasonable strength of rewards and punishments of the government can improve the enthusiasm of recycling enterprises and consumers to participate in the recycling of used clothing, thus promoting the sustainable development of the recycling of used clothing.
