摘要
调查了上海市垃圾分类工作的开展情况,了解了现阶段上海市居民对垃圾分类的认知与相关行为,发现并分析了其中的问题,为进一步完善上海市垃圾分类工作提出建议。采用随机抽样的方式,选取了徐汇、黄埔、宝山、闵行、青浦等上海16个区的居民作为调查对象,了解自2019年7月上海市正式施行垃圾分类工作以来,各区居民对垃圾分类的认知情况与实施行为。调查共计回收问卷554份,回收率达到100%。经过分析,上海市民对垃圾分类的各项认知有显著提升,对各社区开展的工作也表示配合,个别城郊地区仍存在居民不重视、社区管理态度懈怠的情况。结果表明:影响居民的垃圾分类行为存在诸多因素,外部条件如各社区管理模式、相关政策法规的约束与实施,内部条件如居民本身的受教育程度、年龄层次等,共同反映出了不同人群对垃圾分类不同程度的认知。
The development of garbage sorting work in Shanghai is investigated.The awareness and related behavior of Shanghai residents on garbage classification at this stage is understanded.The problems are discovered and analyzed to make suggestions for further improving the garbage sorting work in Shanghai.Using a random sampling method,the residents of 16 districts in Shanghai,including Xuhui,Huangpu,Baoshan,Minhang,Qingpu,etc.,are selected as the survey subjects to understand the cognition and implementation of garbage classification by residents of each district since the official implementation of the garbage classification work in Shanghai in July 2019.The survey collectes a total of 554 questionnaires and the recovery rate reaches 100%.After analysis,Shanghai residents’awareness of garbage classification has been significantly improved,and the work carried out by various communities has also been cooperative.There are still cases in individual suburban areas where residents do not attach importance to the situation.The attitude of community management is lax.There are many factors affecting the garbage classification behavior of residents,such as the management mode of various communities,the restriction and implementation of relevant policies and regulations,the internal conditions such as the residents’own education level,age level and so on,which reflects different groups of people’s understandings of garbage classification.
