摘要
聚酯的终缩聚过程属于扩散脱挥过程,小分子扩散成为反应传质的控制步骤,如何强化体系的传质过程是聚酯终缩聚反应器设计的关键。文章对几种典型的聚酯终缩聚设备进行对比分析,包括卧式笼式反应器、卧式圆盘反应器、卧式捏合反应器和降膜式反应器。
The finishing polycondensation process of polyester belongs to the diffusion devolatilization process,of which the diffusion of small molecules is the control step.Strengthening the mass transfer process is the key to the design of polyester finishing polycondensation reactor.In this paper,several typical of equipment for the finishing polycondensation for PET was analyzed,including horizontal cage reactor,horizontal disk reactor,horizontal kneading reactor and falling film reactor.
