摘要
本文以工业聚酯终缩聚圆盘反应器开发应用为研究背景 ,对不同直径圆盘反应器的成膜性和持液量作了较为详细的研究。首先考察了物料粘弹性、盘径和转速对成膜性的影响 ,以对成膜性观察为基础 ,通过成膜机理分析提出了粘附膜和下垂膜的概念 ,并由此推论圆盘反应器应存在一最佳成膜转速范围 ,然后给出了持液量关联式。不但为该反应器表面更新及脱挥速率的深入研究拓宽思路和视野 ,而且为工业圆盘反应器转速确定及搅拌轴设计提供理论依据。
Based on the background of the research and development of disc ring reactor which was uesed as final polycondensation in polyester industry, a detailed study on the film forming and hold up of the reactor was made in this paper. Based on observation of film forming and by means of film forming mechanism analysis two types of film were divided. According to their characteristics, a concept, which was defined as adherened film and drooped film, was proposed to discribe film forming quantitively. The main factors which influence the film forming are media viscoelasticity, disc diameter and rotating speed. It was infered that there is the rotational speed limits of optimum film forming. Then, the correlations of hold up in this reactor were obtained.These concepts not only widely open up the train of thought and the field of vision for the further reaerch of surface renewal and devolatilization rate in the disc ring reactor, but also can be used for the determination of rotational speed and design of shaft of final polycondensation reactor.
