深圳市糖尿病患者维生素D营养状态调查分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:调查深圳市糖尿病患者血清25–羟基维生素D[25(OH)D]的营养状态。方法:选择2017年7月至2018年6月在深圳市第二人民医院内分泌科就诊的糖尿病患者455例,其中男231例,女224例,年龄18~89岁,平均(59.3±20.6)岁。分析不同性别、不同年龄组(<50岁、≥50岁且<70岁、≥70岁)、不同季节(夏秋季、春冬季)患者的血清25(OH)D水平。结果:(1)深圳市糖尿病女性患者25(OH)D水平高于男性,其中男性患者25(OH)D水平为(19.67±5.93)μg·L^(-1),女性患者25(OH)D水平为(21.27±6.69)μg·L^(-1),差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);(2)患者25(OH)D水平随年龄增长有升高趋势,<50岁患者25(OH)D水平低于≥50岁且<70岁患者,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);(3)患者25(OH)D水平春冬季低于夏秋季,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:糖尿病患者25(OH)D不足或缺乏现象普遍存在,男性患者、<50岁患者、春冬季更明显,应注意糖尿病患者的维生素D补充。 Objective To investigate the nutritional status of serum 25-hydroxy-vitamin D [25(OH)D] in diabetic patients in Shenzhen. Methods A total of 455 diabetic patients were enrolled in the Endocrinology Department of Shenzhen Second People’s Hospital from July 2017 to June 2018, including 231 males and 224 females, aged 18-89 years, with an average age of(59.3 ± 20.6) years. Patients with different genders, different age groups( < 50 years old, ≥ 50 years old and < 70 years old, ≥ 70years old), different seasons(summer, autumn, spring and winter). were analyzed the serum 25(OH)D levels. Results(1) The level of 25(OH)D in female patients with diabetes mellitus was higher than that in male patients, and the level of 25(OH)D in male patients was(19.67 ± 5.93) μg·L^(-1), female patients was(21.27 ± 6.69) μg·L^(-1), the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2) The 25(OH)D level of patients increased with age, and the 25(OH)D level of patients < 50 years old was lower than that of patients ≥ 50 years old and < 70 years old, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05);(3) The 25(OH)D level was lower in spring and winter than in summer and autumn, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Deficiency or deficiency of 25(OH)D is common in diabetic patients, especially in male patients, patients < 50 years old, and in spring and winter, attention should be paid to vitamin D supplementation in diabetic patients.
