摘要
数字经济时代正在引领和驱动新的数字科技革命,给人类的生产生活带来深刻变化,发展智慧养老已经成为解决人口老龄化问题的新途径。目前黑龙江省智慧养老产业发展仍处于起步阶段,仍然存在商业运作模式尚不成熟、供需失衡矛盾、数据信息共享难度大、高质量人才缺口大等现实困境。因此,要引导多行业汇聚发展、调整供需结构、整合数据信息平台、加强高质量人才队伍建设,以促进智慧养老产业的发展。
The digital economy era is leading and driving the new digital science and technology revolution, bringing profound changes to the production and life of mankind. The development of intelligent elderly care has become a new way to solve the problem of population aging. At present, the development of intelligent elderly care industry in Heilongjiang Province is still at the initial stage, and there are still such practical difficulties as immature business operation mode, imbalance between supply and demand, great difficulty in data information sharing, and large gap of high-quality talents. Therefore, it is necessary to guide the development of multi industry convergence, adjust the supply and demand structure, integrate the data information platform, and strengthen the construction of high-quality talent team to promote the development of smart elderly care industry.
