摘要
目前,我国人口老龄化规模大、程度高,在此背景之下,以智能信息化技术为基础,大力发展智慧养老,使分散的养老资源能够进行集中化、准确化和高效化的供给,是有效应对我国人口老龄化的举措。对信阳市智慧养老服务平台认知水平和使用情况进行梳理,并从产品性能优化、政府政策完善等角度展开研究,进一步明确现阶段老年人群体的实际需求,有效解决现阶段国内智慧养老服务设施、服务体系、服务产品层面存在的不足,同时为后续研究的开展提供一定基础和思路。
Currently,China's population aging is on a large scale and to a high extent.In this context,based on intelligent information technology,vigorously developing smart elderly care and enabling decentralized elderly care resources to be centrally,accurately,and efficiently supplied is an effective measure to address China's population aging.The cognitive level and use of Xinyang smart elderly care service platform were sorted out,and research was carried out from the perspective of product performance optimization,government policy improvement,etc.,to further clarify the actual needs of the elderly population at this stage,effectively address the deficiencies in domestic smart elderly care service facilities,service systems,and service products at this stage,and at the same time provide a certain basis and ideas for subsequent research.
