摘要 创伤可分为开放性创伤和闭合性创伤,创伤患者人群基数大,给社会和患者带来巨大的经济压力。尽管创伤救治领域不断发展,目前临床上治疗创伤的有效药物仍有待开发。氢气具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗凋亡等生物学特性,近年来在多种疾病模型中展现出良好的治疗效果,尤其在创伤愈合和缺血再灌注损伤等疾病中崭露头角。从不同的创伤类型角度,重点综述了氢气在创伤治疗中的作用效果及可能机理,旨在为临床创伤救治提供理论基础和思路。 Trauma can be divided into open trauma and closed trauma.The population base of trauma patients is large,and trauma places tremendous economic pressure on society and patients.Despite the evolving field of trauma care,clinically effective drugs for the treatment of trauma are still to be developed.Hydrogen has antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,and anti-apoptotic biological properties and has shown good therapeutic effects in several disease models in recent years,especially in diseases such as wound healing and ischemia-reperfusion injury.This paper reviewed the effects and possible mechanisms of hydrogen in trauma treatment from the perspective of different trauma types,aiming to provide a theoretical basis and ideas for clinical trauma treatment.
