摘要
基于南庄矿8824孤岛工作面漏风现象严重特点以及煤层埋藏特性,对该工作面进风及回风过程中各气体浓度进行测定,并分析得出自然发火带的范围,进风侧在100~240 m处、回风侧在13~190 m范围内。为减少煤体开采后采空区自然发火对工作面正常推进带来的影响,根据这一范围及不对成的分布特性,可以通过设置风障,调整推进速度等方式来降低自然发火对工作面推进的影响,达到矿井安全开采的目的。
Based on the serious characteristics of air leakage in isolated island working face and the burial characteristics of coal seams,the gas concentrations in the process of air inlet and air return of the working face were measured,and the range of spontaneous combustion zone was obtained through analysis.The air inlet side was 100~240 m,and the air return side was 13~190 m.In order to reduce the impact of spontaneous combustion in goaf on the normal progress of the working face after coal mining,according to this range and the distribution characteristics of non formation,the impact of spontaneous combustion on the progress of the working face can be reduced by setting wind barriers,adjusting the advance speed and other ways,so as to achieve the goal of safe mining of the mine.
