摘要
文章从氧化性与放热性两方面对高河煤矿W1310工作面煤层自燃特性进行实验研究,通过实验分析得出煤层自燃临界温度为62℃、干裂温度为155℃、临界氧浓度为8.0%,且煤的氧化性与放热性的关系:耗氧速率随着放热强度的增大而增大;供氧浓度越低,煤层发生自燃的临界温度越高,加速氧化阶段需要的活化能越大。
This paper makes an experimental study on the spontaneous combustion characteristics of coal seams on the W1310 face of Gaohe Coal Mine from two aspects:oxidizing property and exothermic property.Through experimental analysis,it is obtained that the critical temperature of coal seam spontaneous combustion is 62 ℃,the dry cracking temperature is 155 ℃,and the critical oxygen concentration is 8.0 %.The relationship between oxidation and exothermic properties of coal:the rate of oxygen consumption increases with the increase of exothermic strength.The lower the oxygen supply concentration,the higher the critical temperature of spontaneous combustion in the coal seam,and the greater the activation energy required in the accelerated oxidation phase.
