摘要
针对0205综放工作面在收尾及末采阶段所面临的采空区自然发火威胁,在分析液态二氧化碳防灭火机理的基础上,制定了向采空区注液态二氧化碳进行防灭火的技术方案,并对工艺流程及技术参数进行设计,工业性试验及监测数据分析表明,注液态二氧化碳具有很好的防灭火效果。
In view of the threat of spontaneous combustion in the goaf faced by 0205 fully mechanized top coal caving face in the closing and final mining stages, based on the analysis of the mechanism of liquid carbon dioxide fire prevention and suppression, a technical scheme of injecting liquid carbon dioxide into the goaf for fire prevention and suppression is formulated, and the process flow and technical parameters are designed. The industrial test and the analysis of monitoring data show that the injection of liquid carbon dioxide has a good effect of fire prevention and suppression.
