摘要
基于9107工作面液压支架在推移过程中,受工作面底板高低起伏影响,支架推移难度大、推移速度慢以及支架出现压死现象,严重制约着工作面安全高效回采的问题,四明山煤矿通过技术研究,设计了一套支架防压死推移装置。通过实际应用效果来看,该装置投入使用后提高了支架推移效率,降低了支架故障率,取得了显著应用成效。
Based on the fact that the hydraulic bracket of 9107 working face of Simingshan coal mine is difficult to push,slow to push and crush during the pushing process due to the undulation of the bottom plate of the working face,which seriously restricts the safe and efficient recovery of the working face,Simingshan coal mine designed a set of bracket anti-crush pushing device through technical research,and the practical application effect shows that the device has improved the The actual application of the device has improved the efficiency of the bracket pushing and reduced the failure rate of the bracket,which has achieved significant application results.
