摘要
以干河煤矿2-209工作面2092巷为工程实例,为解决该巷道变形严重的问题,拟定采用水力压裂切顶卸压技术;应用表明,通过高压水切顶后,巷道顶底板及两帮最大变形量均相对未切顶巷段减小50%左右,超前支承压力影响减弱;解决了回采巷道反复维修的问题,实现了工作面安全高效回采,取得良好的经济、安全效益。
Taking 2092 roadway of 2-209 working face,Ganhe Colliery as the engineering background,to solve the serious roadway deformation,the author proposes hydraulic fracture pressure relief,whose application shows that the maximum deformation of the roadway roof,floor and both sides is reduced by about 50%compared with that of the uncapped roadway section,and the influence of the advance abutment pressure is weakened,which solves the repeated maintenance of the mining roadway,realizes the safe and efficient mining of the working face,and achieves good economic and safety benefits.
