摘要
《哥伦比亚中国文学史》作为一部具有参考性质的工具书,其中康纳瑞执笔的楚辞部分也充分考虑了读者喜好和阅读习惯。他将楚辞作为骚、赋、骈文等的原型按发展进程进行讲述,行文中着重强调对知识要素与楚辞的流变。同时,他不否认屈原的历史真实性,但对从《楚辞》文本出发解读屈原的做法表现出更为审慎的态度。这体现了中外学者对待文本以及作者态度上的差异。
The Columbia History of Chinese Literature is a reference book,in which Connery s Chuci writing also fully considers the reader s preferences and reading habits.He described Chuci as the prototype of Sao,Fu and Pian Wen according to the development process,and emphasized the changes of knowledge elements and Chuci.At the same time,he did not deny the historical authenticity of Qu Yuan,but showed a more cautious attitude towards the interpretation of Qu Yuan from the text of Chuci.This reflects the differences in the attitudes of scholars at home and abroad towards texts and authors.
