摘要
探讨NF-κB联合CD44、CD166在溃疡性结肠炎上皮内瘤变中的表达水平及临床意义。收集2018年10月至2020年3月60例溃疡性结肠炎上皮内瘤变患者(UC+IN)、60例直肠癌患者(CRC)、60例溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者,采用免疫组织化学方法检测UC+IN、CRC、UC患者病灶组织中NF-κB、CD44、CD166表达情况,并对比UC+IN患者中病变组织区域、病变与无病变组织交界区域(交界区域)、无病变组织区域NF-κB、CD44、CD166表达情况。CRC组NF-κB、CD44、CD166表达阳性率高于UC+IN组,UC+IN组NF-κB、CD44、CD166表达阳性率高于UC组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);病变组织区域NF-κB、CD44、CD166表达阳性率高于交界区域,交界区域NF-κB、CD44、CD166表达阳性率高于无病变组织区域,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HIN患者NF-κB、CD44、CD166表达阳性率高于LIN患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且NF-κB表达与CD44、CD166表达具有正相关性。NF-κB、CD44、CD166在溃疡性结肠炎上皮内瘤变中呈异常升高状态,与患者上皮内瘤变级别密切相关,联合检测可指导临床诊断,有助于实现精准治疗。
To investigate the expression level and clinical significance of NF-κB combined with CD44 and CD166 in ulcerative colitis intraepithelial neoplasia, from October 2018 to March 2020,60 patients with ulcerative colitis intraepithelial neoplasia(UC+IN),60 patients with colorectal cancer(CRC),and 60 patients with ulcerative colitis(UC) were collected.Immunohistochemical methods were used to detect the expression of NF-κB,CD44,and CD166 in the lesions of UC+IN,CRC,and UC patients.The expressions of NF-κB,CD44,and CD166 in the diseased tissue area, the boundary area between the diseased and no diseased tissue(the junction area),and the no diseased tissue area in UC+IN were compared.The positive rate of NF-κB,CD44,and CD166 expression in CRC group was higher than that of UC+IN group, and the positive rate of NF-κB,CD44,CD166 expression in UC+IN group was higher than that of UC group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of NF-κB,CD44,and CD166 expression in the diseased tissue area was higher than that in the junction area, and the positive rate of NF-κB,CD44,and CD166 expression in the junction area was higher than that in the no diseased tissue area, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of NF-κB,CD44 and CD166 in HIN patients was higher than that in LIN patients, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the expression of NF-κB was positively correlated with the expression of CD44 and CD166.NF-κB,CD44,and CD166 are abnormally elevated in ulcerative colitis intraepithelial neoplasia, and are closely related to the level of intraepithelial neoplasia in patients.Combined detection can guide clinical diagnosis and help achieve precise treatment.
