摘要
研究了护理专案在提高新生儿听力筛查通过率中的应用价值。选取2021年1月—2022年6月在重庆医科大学附属第三医院出生的112例需要进行听力筛查的新生儿作为研究对象,以随机表数字法分为参照组和实验组(各56例),参照组新生儿听力筛查中采取常规护理进行护理,实验组新生儿听力筛查中采取护理专案进行护理,观察两组新生儿家属护理后的新生儿听力筛查认知掌握水平差异,同时比较两组新生儿听力筛查通过率差异及其家属听力筛查满意度差异。研究发现,在新生儿听力筛查过程中,护理专案对提高听力筛查通过率具有积极作用,不仅可以有效提高新生儿家属的新生儿听力筛查认知掌握水平,而且还可以在更大程度上提高家属的新生儿听力筛查满意度,值得临床进一步推广。
To study the application value of nursing projects in improving the passing rate of newborn hearing screening.112 neonates born in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from January 2021 to June 2022 who need hearing screening were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the reference group and the experimental group(56 cases each)with the number method of random table.Routine nursing care was taken in the reference group,and special nursing care was taken in the experimental group,to observe the difference of cognitive mastery level of newborn hearing screening between the two groups after the care of newborn family members,and compare the difference of passing rate of newborn hearing screening between the two groups and the diff erence of satisfaction of newborn hearing screening between the two groups.The study found that,in the process of newborn hearing screening,the nursing project has a positive role in improving the passing rate of newborn hearing screening.It can not only eff ectively improve the cognitive level of newborn hearing screening of newborn family members,but also improve the satisfaction of newborn hearing screening of family members to a greater extent,which is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
