摘要
[目的/意义]以Soul为例,探索影响Z时代群体使用匿名社交软件的因素,为匿名社交软件的发展提出政策建议。[方法/过程]运用多阶段抽样方式并通过问卷调查搜集数据,采用多项Logistic模型进行分析。[结果/结论]匿名社交软件的服务质量、内容质量及用户的匿名社交经历正向影响使用行为。
[Purpose/significance] Taking Soul as an example,the paper explores the factors that affect the use of anonymous social software by groups in Age Z,and puts forward policy suggestions for the development of anonymous social software. [Method/process] The paper collects data by using multi-stage sampling method and questionnaire survey,and conducts an analysis by using multiple Logistic model. [Result/conclusion] The service quality and content quality of anonymous social software and users’ anonymous social experience positively affect the usage behavior.
