摘要
随着社会生活水平的提高,国家和个人对健康的重视程度越来越高,健身作为维持和提升身体机能,保障人体健康的有效途径,受到社会广泛认可。在数字化时代,健身的形式和外延不断被丰富,呈现出多样化的图景。短视频社交平台作为当今年轻人使用较多的新媒介形态,成为健身爱好者分享、交流健身信息的主要场所。本文以小红书等短视频平台的健身类博主为研究对象,从媒介化、再生产和资本等概念出发,剖析健身类博主在社交平台的日常健身实践。聚焦在三个方面:一是健身博主的专业化成长路径;二是社交平台的“陌生人关系”为健身博主的“互联网展演”提供了匿名化的空间;三是健身博主的内容生产提供了文化资本再生产的虚拟空间,使他们的文化资本和社会资本都有所提升。
Fitness,as one of the effective ways to maintain and improve physical function and ensure human health,is widely recognized and accepted by the society.In the digital age,the form of fitness are constantly enriched,showing a diversified picture.As one of the most used new media forms,short video social platform has become the main place for fitness lovers to share and exchange fitness information.Taking fitness bloggers on short video platforms such as little Red Book as the research object,this paper analyzes the daily fitness practice of fitness bloggers on social platforms from the concepts of mediatization,reproduction and capital.Focus on three aspects:firstly,the professional growth path of fitness bloggers;Secondly,the"stranger relationship"of the social platform provides anonymous space for the"Internet performance"of fitness bloggers;Thirdly,the content production of fitness bloggers provides them with a virtual space for the reproduction of cultural capital,which improves both their cultural capital and social capital.
