摘要
我国城市社区体育情感治理对于推进新时代体育强国建设,打造和谐进步社区体育;完善多元主体治理体系,促进治理体系和治理能力现代化;构建城市社区体育共同体,实现城市社区体育自治和共治具有重要价值。情感治理遵循历史、理论、现实三重逻辑,中华优秀文化传统、文化积淀构成了历史发展逻辑;社会发展理论中情感转向形成了理论发展逻辑;我国社区体育发展实践催生了现实发展逻辑。社区体育情感治理实践路径如下:优化主体结构,提升社区体育多元主体情感治理能力;明确权责边界,优化社区体育情感治理运行流程;整合情感资源,夯实社区体育联动治理情感基础;强化情感切入,完善社区体育情感治理保障体系;筑牢情感嵌入,完善社区体育情感治理评价体系。
The emotional governance of urban community sports is of great value for promoting the construction of sports power in the new era, building harmonious and progressive community sports, improving the multiple subject governance system, promoting the modernization of governance system and governance ability, building urban community sports community and realizing urban community sports self-governance. Emotional governance follows the triple logic of history, theory and reality, and the Chinese excellent cultural tradition and cultural accumulation constitute the historical development logic;the social development theory forms the theoretical development logic;and the practice of Chinese community sports development promotes the realistic development logic.Triple logic complements and relies on each other. The paper proposes to optimize the main structure, improve the emotional governance ability of community sports, clarify the boundary of rights and responsibilities, optimize the operation process, integrate emotional resources, consolidate the emotional foundation of community sports linkage management, strengthen the emotional entry, improve the guarantee system of community sports emotional governance, build the emotional embedding, and improve the community sports emotional governance evaluation system.
