摘要
目的调研空军飞行员睡眠质量,并分析相关危险因素,为进一步精准改善飞行员睡眠质量提供科学依据。方法随机选取飞行员125名(战斗机61名、运输机64名),采用访谈与调查问卷的方式,分别使用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、患者健康问卷(PHQ-9)和广泛性焦虑障碍量表(GAD-7),对飞行员睡眠质量、抑郁和焦虑情况进行调查研究。利用单元及多元线性回归方法分析飞行员睡眠质量相关危险因素。结果运输机飞行员PSQI得分显著高于战斗机飞行员[(5.97±3.14)分vs(4.89±2.84)分,P=0.046],其中在入睡时间子类有显著性差异[(1.30±0.81)分vs(0.90±0.85)分,P=0.009];两类飞行员在焦虑和抑郁方面无显著差异(P>0.05);单元及多元线性回归分析结果显示,飞行员PSQI与加速度(B=-0.313,P=0.023)和PHQ-9(B=0.508,P<0.01)有显著相关性。结论要重点关注运输机及低加速度战斗机飞行员的睡眠质量,通过改善抑郁情绪可能有助于改善飞行员的睡眠质量。
Objective To investigate the sleep quality of pilots and analyze the related risk factors, so as to provide a scientific basis for further precise improvement of the sleep quality of pilots. Methods One hundred and twenty-five pilots(61 fighter pilots and 64 transport plane pilots) were randomly selected and interviewed with questionnaires. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI), the Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9), and the Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale(GAD-7) were used to investigate the sleep quality, depression and anxiety of the pilots. The risk factors related to pilots’ sleep quality were analyzed using unitary and multiple linear regression methods. Results The PSQI score of transport plane pilots was significantly higher than that of fighter pilots [(5.97±3.14) vs(4.89±2.84), P=0.046], and there was a significant difference in sleep time[(1.30±0.81) vs(0.90±0.85), P=0.009]. There was no significant difference in anxiety and depression between the two types of pilots(P>0.05). The unitary and multiple linear regression analysis showed that the PSQI of pilots was significantly correlated with acceleration(B=-0.313, P=0.023) and PHQ-9(B=0.508, P<0.01).Conclusion It is necessary to pay more attention to the sleep quality of the pilots of transport aircraft and low acceleration fighter aircraft, and improving depression may help to improve the sleep quality of pilots.
