摘要 为解决齿轮注塑成型过程中的缺陷问题,基于模流软件,以熔料温度、注射时间、冷却时间及相对保压压力作为试验因素,利用正交试验选取27组试验进行数据处理,采用综合加权评分法对残余应力和体积收缩率进行综合优化。结果表明,齿轮注塑过程流动均匀顺畅,熔接强度较好,满足齿轮的基本生产要求;以齿根残余应力和齿顶体积收缩率作为多目标的最优参数组合为熔料温度180℃、注射时间1.8 s、冷却时间16 s、相对保压压力90%,最优参数组合的模拟结果表明,齿顶顶出时体积收缩率为0.735%,齿根位置残余应力为65.39 MPa,与优化前(74.64 MPa)相比,减小了12.39%,为齿轮低成本、高质量生产提供了新的加工方法。 In order to solve the defect problem in the gear injection molding process,based on the mold flow software,the melt temperature,injection time,cooling time and relative holding pressure were used as test factors,and 27 sets of tests were selected for data processing by orthogonal test,and the comprehensive weighted score was used for data processing.The residual stress and volume shrinkage were comprehensively optimized by the method.The results showed that the gear injection process had uniform and smooth flow and good welding strength,which mets the basic production requirements of gears.Time 1.8 s,cooling time 16 s,relative holding pressure 90%,the simulation result of the optimal parameter combination was that the volume shrinkage rate was 0.735%when the tooth top was ejected,and the residual stress at the tooth root position was 65.39 MPa,which was the same as that before optimization(74.64 MPa)ratio,reduced by 12.39%,providing a new processing method for low-cost and high-quality production of gears.
